About Our Company
The Ballet Del'Art company was created to support the professional ballet artists, to give them the ability to perform on stage reaching their potential fully in a caring environment that does not discriminate nor deterioate the dancers emotional or pshychological state.
The company was insipired to be created after the war started in Ukraine in 2022. Many ballet artists including the founders were left without work, training, daily classes, homes, stable salaries. To this day majority of the artists continue to struggle; in survival mode of attempt to pursue their passion and career. We hope our company can bring opportunities to artists worldwide through various projects of collaboration and new choreographies while reaching out with performances that will bring a new light and inspiration on stage for the audience as well as dancers!
Our Story
Lara and Jimi Paraschiv are professional ballet artists that have performed on stages worldwide. They were both working in the State Ballet Opera of Ukraine when the war started and therefore had to leave the country. Ever since then they have been performing worldwide in support for Ukraine on renowned stages in England Australia, Singapore, France, Italy, Switzerland and Netherlands. Since then they were invited as guest artists at the Royal Opera House in London to take classes and rehearse. During this time they received support and were to be able to keep dancing professionally. Their aim now is to bring their expertise , develop technically adequate future artists, and lastly create opportunities for dancers world wide to be able to pursue their passion and love of ballet as Lara and Jimi did.
